Getting started with the PRP Quality Platform is simple. This guide explains how to create your account, access your workspace, and configure your profile so you can begin using PRP tools for audits, document sets, governance reporting, and accreditation preparation.

PRP Quality provides a structured digital assurance ecosystem designed to support continuous compliance, evidence management, and AI-supported audits across regulated environments. 

Step 1 — Create Your Account

1. Visit the PRP Quality login page.

2. Select Log in.

3. If you are a new user, choose Create Account.

4. Enter your email address and complete the registration details.

5. Submit the form to create your account.

You will receive a confirmation email to verify your registration.

Step 2 — Confirm Your Email

After registering:

1. Check your inbox for the PRP Quality confirmation email.

2. Click the verification link provided.

3. Your account will then be activated.

Once confirmed, you can log in and access the platform.

Step 3 — Log In to the Platform

Return to the PRP Quality login page and:

1. Enter your registered email address.

2. Select Log in.

3. Enter your password.

Where enabled, you may also log in using two-factor authentication or secure authentication through providers such as Google.
