Your PRP Professional Profile is your personal homepage in the PRP Quality Platform. It brings together your administrative, professional, and academic experience, evidence, and expertise in one place.


A completed profile allows institutions, colleagues, and validation panels to quickly understand your background, areas of expertise, and professional credentials. Your profile can also be shared through a customisable public profile link, making it easy for others to view your professional information.


What your profile includes

A well-developed PRP Professional Profile typically includes:

  • AffiliationsYour current or previous institutions, organisations, or professional associations.

  • Fields of ExpertiseAreas where you have specialist knowledge or professional experience (for example: academic quality assurance, governance, curriculum development, health professions education, or regulatory compliance).

How to create your PRP Professional Profile


1. Open your profile

After logging in to PRP Quality, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select My Profile.


2. Select your user type

Choose the User Type that best reflects your professional role.This helps tailor the profile fields to your area of expertise.


3. Create your public profile link

Your profile URL can be customised.

It is recommended to use your first and last name to create a clear professional link.

Example:https://prp.community/firstname-lastname

This link can be shared with institutions, colleagues, and validation panels.


4. Choose what information is public

You can decide which sections of your profile are publicly visible.Typical sections include:

  • Affiliations

  • Fields of expertise

  • Professional profiles

  • Specialist knowledge

  • Documentary evidence

This allows you to control what information is shared externally.


5. Add evidence and links

Complete your profile by adding relevant evidence and links that demonstrate your professional background and expertise.
