Key Steps

Step 1: Get Your AI API Key

Before going into PRP, you need your AI provider key.

Option A: OpenAI

• Go to https://platform.openai.com

• Log in

• Click your profile (top right)

• Select View API Keys

• Click Create new secret key

• Copy the key (you won’t be able to see it again)

Option B: Google Gemini

• Go to https://aistudio.google.com

• Log in

• Click Get API Key

• Create a key

• Copy it securely

Step 2: Log in to PRP Quality Platform

• Go to your PRP login page

• Sign in using Microsoft, Google, or email access code

• Open your Dashboard

Step 3: Go to Workspace Settings

• In the left-hand menu, click Workspace

• Select Subscription

• Click AI Providers (or “Connect AI” depending on version)

Step 4: Add Your AI Key

Choose your provider:

• OpenAI

• Gemini

• Paste your API key into the secure field

• Click Save / Connect

• Confirm connection (you should see “Active” or “Connected”)

• Once connected, PRP will use your AI key to:

• Generate AI Pulse Audit Reports

• Map documents to regulatory standards

• Produce traffic-light ratings (🟢 🟡 🔴)

• Create governance-ready summaries

• Support validation panels

Step 5: Test the Connection

To confirm it works:

• Go to New Audit

• Upload sample documents

• Click Run AI Pulse Audit

• If connected correctly, the report will generate

Important Notes

• Your API key remains within your workspace.

• You control usage through your AI provider account.

• If the key expires or is removed, AI reports will stop generating.
